Fence sitters are going to see the prices start rising from low supply and a historic low rate environment evaporating before their eyes and the land rush is on. Hope you're right. We desperately need for housing to come back in a big way. Well, not THAT big a way. Just a ongoing solid way. I don't want another housing bubble.
