Richard, I may be new here in terms of posting, but I'm certainly not new when it comes to following this message board. I've been reading the posts on this board as well as other boards that you post on for well over a year now. So, there was no reason for you to repeat your twenty people/$40 phone bill odyssey with GE. However, I'm going to repeat what I stated in my post to this board: All licensing agree- ments with REFR are open-ended(no expiration dates). That includes the one with GE. How do I know that? I made one phone call that cost me all of $2, and got it "straight from the horse's mouth". I called the Vice President and General Counsel of REFR, Joe Hirary, and he's the one who told me. He said it's flat out "wrong" to say the GE agree- ment expired. REFR's licensing agreement with GE is open-ended, and therefore, has not expired! He said that being General Counsel for REFR makes him very sensitive to the dissemination of information to the shareholders. He said that REFR certainly wouldn't be listing GE as a licensee on their website if it weren't the case! Meanwhile, Mr. Hirary said that things are going well with Monsanto, Material Sciences and Hankuk Glass. Here's wishing everyone a good weekend, and a Happy Thanksgiving next week. Sincerely, Ted Campbell
