Roger - you may have more inside info. than I do - maybe the fact of punitive damages is old news to you - I have been asking for months for more information on the Power Stick suit - all that I have seen is one-liners like " $150,000 in damages was assessed against Quadrax." As Douglas B Meyers told us - the suit is still on-going and I personally think it could have a material effect on the future of Quadrax. I am not lynching anyone - I just want to know the truth. What I found out through my own research should be of interest to my fellow stockholders. Quadrax has a great product - but the clock is ticking - we need good management to make it happen NOW!! Douglas and others have accused me of a hate vendetta against Palermo. For all I know, Quadrax could be run by a committee of six that meets every morning at 8am - or it could be one autocratic old fool - either way Palermo is the representative of executive management and takes the can for failures in management. It was obvious to me in March that the management at Quadrax was not winning the race. I don't care if Palermo personally stays or goes - but a change in management direction is needed - and NOW!! JD
