Yes, C2, gold and Cyberspace can coinhabit the planet, just as chimps and people do, but one is the future and one the past. There are still a few steam engines in operation too. Lots of things remain part of the lives of people for a very long time after they are essentially obsolete. Amish like their horse and gig.
