The paper swap and its implications for the economy.
When you have the largest stock market in the world every crook and cranny of the entire has pressure. If one perpetuates what they hope is going to be prosperity one has to identity what is prosperity. How do you define a service economy you can't think of it in terms of success of financial industry as earnings are proving to be fragile and success is now in question..

The result of all finance has to be physical business of some sort that includes buy and sell or exchange of goods or service of good. In order to maintain a stockmarket that moves forward you must have a consumer who buys or uses the goods offered by the market When people do not buy ,sellers because of increased technology and new methods that pin point problems slowdown production to offset the possilbility of a glut .That makes it highly unlikely you will have product deflation.

Deflation then in a slowing economy must take place in different areas. Product price does not decrease but the problem of increased debt and lack of value of said has to show up in the paper transaction.
