Hi all. I spoke to Dan M today. These shares need to be issued. They are not being sold to the public. Like IBM and Intel and others you have to issue shares to cover option and convertable pref. That does NOT mean these holders are going to dump their shares. Thats why the STREET yawned at the news. Dan was very upbeat. Even bought 2500 shs very recently. That may not seem like alot but remember he"s just a working stiff and he owns far more shs. of Actv than any other stock. And he believes in diversification. Dan has NEVER lied to me. What their going to do with C&W sounded very good. Different camera angles, interviews, choice of songs and concerts. They can do it all. Don't let impatience be your enemy, Art
