Sonny:

I am sorry to hear that your grandson has strep.throat. He also has the rash. Find out whether this rash looks like hives or has grainy feel to it. If the rash are a lot of little dots on the body esp in the diaper area in the front below the navel, consider scarletina rash. Look at the elbow creases in the front. If the creases look as red lines, that could be scarlet fever. Sometimes children get nonspecific rash with strep throat. If it is not strep, it could be a viral exanthem/rash. Consider allergy to the medication. What antibiotic is he on? What is his temp? Keep in touch.

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to trade to lower your margin.
