Hi Ali, many of these shares were for the 7% convertable preferred that raised 2 mil. for the Texas facility. We all knew they would have to raise $ for that and it would be dilutive. Thats why I'm glad they would not or could not raise the 25 mil. They will get much better terms in the future as an operating company with much higher revenues. The mailman offers nothing but sour grapes. His hyperbole and rantings are never backed by any facts. His imaturity and ego are unmatched even on SI. He reminds me of a spoiled little brat that always got what he wanted. I'm sure he was considered an oddball by kids that knew him. Regards Art
