Mike, These Lawsuits are dead. I mean, what point is there in sueing a company that is in the shape that IMPX finds itself? These parasites have moved onto find a better meal. <<As for running out of cash>> IMPX does not have to worry about this for at least another year. If all the current products and plans flop than at about this time next year we'll be holding services for what remains of IMPX. If IMPX management is successful than we'll be back up in the $2 to $3 range. About $1 will get you a ticket on the ride, as I see it you get to bail out mid next year for about $0.75 if everything is heading south otherwise you'll be hanging onto a rocket. Slob
