boston office was inaccessible by phone using their
800#, so was the touch-tone
trading. I was not really determined to place trades, so I wasn't
really aggressive about trying over & over again.... but several
times, no dice. I didn't try the New York #, for instance.
It was annoying, but I'm probably not switching. Otherwise they
seem pretty good.
(Your posts about ptdiscount just afterward made me think about
it.)
