Points - 3 different things different points

Joe Kittenger's Project Excelsior jump - It was in a sense the begining of the space program. It was before we had rockets that could put people in space.

The French effort - Just seems to be an attempt to break Kittenger's record, or an attempt to do something wild, as far as I can tell.

MOOSE - It was a preliminary design for a method to escape from spacecraft back to Earth, just like a parachute would get you back safely from a stricken plane. It never was developed.

Also you couldn't use en.wikipedia.org on a en.wikipedia.org
