Re: Your INTCW questions:
1. 40 million Warrants were issued and presumably are still all are still outstanding.
2. I beleive that both option and warrant obligations can be met by issuing new shares as long as they are authorized. However, I believe most option obligations are met with treasury shares which are acquired in the open market to meet option obligations.
3. I don't believe the mass conversion in 1998 would effect the market price because of dilution. Whenever the Company issues per share earnings the potential delutive effect of items such as options and warrants is taken in to account when such per share amounts are calculated.
Hang on to your INTCW. By 3/98 they should at least double.
