Chris,
What makes a stock go higher is more buying than selling. Secondly, there are many Companies with high prices per share, and have greater losses in the tele-com industry. Now let me give you my opinion (not Management's) from looking at the interest, the depreciation, reading the news releases, and looking at the value of the stock. Xecom is going to have to either borrow alot of money, or merge to complete their growth. I cannot see Xecom doing an equaty financing at this time. So Chris, I do not see a profit for Xecom in the near future. Xecom has 72 more potential bases to go, putting in main office switches, and an end office switch in Hawaii. So I guess what I am trying to say Chris, I think I can see buying coming in faster than I see earnings. If Xecom had 35M in Cash, then they would be profitable. Xecom is growing, and the faster they grow, the more profits will lag, in my opinion.
