the system to buy now for the money is a cpq p233 that is loaded to the max..for 1499.cpq on the outside and Japanese on the inside.... I've seen Best Buy Stores put another 10% discount on that price if they were a new store. and some sales of 1799 for the loaded p233 with a 15" monitor and a printer thrown in. But, I see huge drops coming becsue the other pc mfg'ers aren't getting their share and have a invetory build up.. they will have to drop prices drastically to sale... cpq is counting on this happening and they took reserves last qtr to drop sales even more and beat them out... I see other pc co. having to write off inventory in the spring are dump it somewhere.
