I think the GZ John jlallen argument is a tie, they are both right.

If we can win this battle at the ballot box by convincing the unwashed American idol masses that they and our country will be better off by following conservative principles, then jlallen is right.

If we are approaching TEOTWAWKI, if everything is going to end badly and society collapses then John and GZ are right.

I think jlallen thinks the second scenario can be avoided by convincing the unwashed by being nice. I have seen how the media has chewed up and spit out conservatives using Johns tactics.

They bring a knife, we bring a gun? They bring racism, what do we do?
