I don't know about 'not too bright' but it's common for this entire Hollywood culture to be so wrapped up in what the paparazzi think about you that there are no more brain cells for deep thinking.

My wife likes these reality shows like "Millionaire Bachelor." The depth of the participants is so appallingly shallow that it almost makes me nauseous.

Hollywood people are shallow and not too bright.
