Luxor is the leading authority in wood floor performance engineering in
North America. Through many years of Research and Development the Company
has developed a patented product called the IBS 2000 Load Sharing
Floorsystem. Luxor has five distributors carrying the product in North

The total annual market size for Luxor's IBS 2000 Floorsystem in Canada and
the United States based on 1.5 million housing starts is $1.362 billion. In
January 1996, Luxor received Code Approval from the National Building Code
of Canada for Luxor's proprietary Span Tables in Canada. Since then Luxor
has received Product Approval from the Code Authorities in the United
States. The Company is currently preparing Span Tables for the United
States including the introduction of International Performance criteria.
Luxor will submit these Span Tables for the United States to BOCA, SBCCI,
and ICBO (USA Code Authorities) for approval.

We feel 1998 will be an exciting year for Luxor, as we are entering into
distribution/marketing following three years of research and development.

as well as large regional and national residential builders in both Canada
