Bob, If you can go read the article posted by James written by Spiker, BIll it is fantastic and I could not say it as well myself. What we are speaking to on the certs is if left in Street, they are borrowed and loaned out to cover shorts and many times the day traders short a stock and will do so on just a few pennies raise and make a lot of money doing it. They could not do this if folks like us would take delivery of our certs. While it probably would not stop it, it could be slowed and in some instances force them to cover the short and actually rasie the price of the stock. Dusty
