Sounds like Florida should put out a bounty on those pythons, and the swamp people would take care of it for them. What we do NOT want to do is have the government study the situation. Just put out the dang bounty and make it good enough to encourage swamp people. When I brought bobcats in to collect my $10 bounty, the F&G made a 2 inch slit on the pelt right been the eyes. That way I could not collect twice, but the thought never occurred to me anyway. The bounty for cougars was $50, but I never got one of those.
