I like my guns pleasingly plump.... weight is always an issue....the more the merrier. I could carry a full sized on the hip all day long and still kiss it goodnight.... as for AR functioning problems I have read that ball powder like most Winchester mfg vs. stick like most IMR powders burn dirtier and therefore created some functioning problems due to lack of maintenance... Cleaner is better. and a good oil bath is always helpful. Shootie
