Not saying they are, just saying that servers... are cheap and getting cheaper. So its a difficult space to make money IMHO. Most of it is utility grade stuff. Even established companies that make money off intellectual property like Sales force are barely making money. CRM P/E (ttm):7,728.00 Netsuite is still losing money P/E (ttm):N/A Amazing. Seems to me these are well managed companies but the competition is so fierce no extra money is getting made. It reminds me of the Solar game. Companies with profitable proprietary advantages are few and far between, and those with advantages are household names. Anyone making money with these yet? Other than the journalists who write the stories... ; v )
