In the interest of accuracy, I'll point out that in neither case is the word "hundreds" accurate. There were 137 workers poisoned by hexane exposure, and 79 total workers in two separate explosions related to aluminum dust.

I know you wouldn't want an exaggeration like that to remain uncorrected.
