I see Imperial is still chugging just took a look and it is over 30 now split adjusted that is about 50% higher now than I sold. Yack follows Buffets 2 rules really well I like his style and I have no idea why avg Joe does not invest like him it is pretty simple. IMO PEP is right where it should be valuation wise I would be a buyer on a correction. Especially since I am looking to diversify away from financials which were almost 100% of my portfolio but the last 5 days or so I reduced this a great deal seeing the market near highs and financials on a tear. You can tell I have been keeping the market flat with all my selling lol. My financial weightings now are probably around 60%. Looking to get it down to 35-40% if they keep blasting off! Tesco I bought a very small position around 15.2 and sold around 15.80, but have been buying the poop out of it around 15.20 again with much larger sums, like this name. Thanks for mentioning it because it was not on my radar really looking to get some high quality non financials in my portfolio and this name falls into that category. The only Greek spec name I had on my list is the one Herro mentioned Titan Cement. Some other spec names that big guys hold that I follow-- 2 of Prem Watsa names that are near 52 week lows and a lot of blood has been shed ABH(some of my blood was shed on this name last year), and RIMM. Also, ETFC got rocked last week Leon Cooperman and Tepper hold this name. XCO is another name near its low that Wilbur Ross holds a sizable chunk off. I was a huge bull in the natural gas sector early last year and it was about 15-20% of my portfolio when NG was around 4 MCF now it is like 30% lower boy was I too early. Glad I sold my 15-20% stake when I heard T-Boone say 4 was a reasonable price for Natural gas a while back, but current prices look irrational. XCO I traded very well last year and @ some point this year I will most likley own it again. MCF that name you pointed out a while back never drops much that is my favorite in the sector.
