Yes, we can all be on middle class with nobody on the top or the bottom! Kenneth must have sucked up that line of thought as a lad and held that belief. We can see now he is rotten to the core and fully prepared "mentally" if not physically to rob people of thier wealth and achievements. I wonder what Kenneth's Kommie Komrades do to those who don't work so hard...well why should they....nothing to gain is there?
