blacks born in the United States who speak English and have full natural born citizenship, nothing exotic or foreign about it... why aren't they Americans


I would like John to answer,

Are they Americans? If multiculturalism is the issue, what is their culture and more importantly what is our culture? If we want our culture back , we have to have a name for it.
