Great. Obama is on the telly flapping his jaws about a "Homeowner Bill of Rights." He's waving around a one-page sheet saying "this is what a mortgage should look like." So he's proposing to interfere with the right to contract (yet again) and imposing terms on the lenders. He should be concerned about unintended consequences, such as lenders deciding they don't want to take on the risk of making home loans.
