Looks like a classic "shoot the messenger" response. SOLV and DNA shareholders responded in the same fashion. At least until they sold. I thought the CEO was okay on the conference call. But I didn't believe his response to the question of why SGP didn't take an equity stake in ZONA. Big pharma companies spend and lose money all the time on risky biotech drugs. The $10mm upfront that SGP is spending here is nothing. From the conference call, it appears that the rest of the money is contingent on approval AND broad labeling. Not much of a gamble for SGP. MIKE
