Romney said he's going to focus on the middle class, and if he's successful, tax revenues should increase to pay for social services. Instead of lifting the poor up and allowing them to realize the American dream, they'll remain where they are. Whereas Newt has said he's concerned about all Americans and want all of us to realize the American dream.
