Neither Bush, nor Obama took out any Al Qaeda members. The US military did. But process was started by Bush's orders, and before Obama took office a couple of previous #2 or #3 Al Qaeda leaders were taken out, as was much of its organization and infrastructure in Afghanistan, and some of it elsewhere. It shouldn't really be an issue for a partisan fight, in this case Obama largely continued the same policies as Bush.
