I disagree with almost all the information you provided in your #3323 concerning Intel's Warrants, other than your conclussion.
I suggest you, and others interested in the INTCW, go back to SI for March or April of 96, when there was a separate thread "INTC Warrants".

Further, Intel has already accounted for the dillusion to its stock due to the conversion of warrants. Also, options have no effect on any companies Treasury stock. Options are a separate market between two independent parties, and are not issued by the company. Warrants, on the other hand, are issued by the company.
