The only thing that bothered me about the article was that is was too positive. However, I agreed with many things including:

-That all the charges were non recurrring.
-That with their current estimates, they could be trying to be too conservative.
-Overreaction on both sides by investors.

Now, if we can only get rid of shareholder lawsuits. The article mentioned shareholders took action. Seems to me that it was more like law firms initiated legal proceedings and included all shareholders meeting the time frame criteria in the lawsuits, without giving shareholders much choice.
