I have been using Intuit for years and avoid customer service calls at all costs. My theory is that it must be a low margin business so who am I to think it going to be cost efficient to spend my time on the phone.... I limit my interface to email and faxes... only calling in a crunch... maybe once every 18 months. Not everyone can run a business like Home Depot!!!

I am long In INTU and got dissapointed when I bought at 31 3/8 and it promptly went down to 29!!!!.... If I didn't know better... I'd think I was the curse.
