hi myron (mkt comments and radaf),

glad to see you here.. i think radaf's move is just about to begin.. this week, we saw it break into new highs.. so that is encouraging.. I checked the S&P TOY Industry chart. very bullish to me. I then concluded the lack of movement in the small caps in general can be attributed to the lack of money/buying in the small caps.. I checked the nasdaq and russell 2000 indexes. They have yet to cross the crucial 50 day ema..

On the other hand, the djia had it's great run of the week due to break of its 50 day ema on wednesday? (i think).. that triggered the buying in the dow stocks.

If you notice, the naz had a great HIGH reading.. piercing through the 50 day ema of the NAZ. However, it failed to CLOSE above it.. This was partly attributued to the MUEI earnings warning which effected the techs.. namely CPQ, DELL, etc..

======
So, we are still seeing that divergence in the mkt. Djia is a bit overbought, so i suspect it will be a flat/slightly down week for the djia. NAZ still has that 50 day ema to contend with. I'm also watching closely at the KOREA and JAPAN developments (re: brokerage house???)

This could have some major effects for our mkt...

======
Sorry for the long post.. But i think the answers behind the "lack of activity in the small caps" can be attributed to those effects..

======
RADAF earnings is coming up soon.. X-mas season is here also.. and the toy industry chart confirms it a great "toy rally" <g>

comments/questions? all my opinions.

Chris
