Ron Paul's FP speeches. Thanks. What is interesting is that even during prepared remarks before Congress - not just during debates, where you have to think under pressure - there is very little lucidity in what he has to say. Most of the time his remarks are rants, full of scattered factoids and misinterpretations. A Martian would get an impression that the USA is the craziest place on the planet.
