i guess i'm a bit dense but just why are the units holding down the
stock price. it's my understanding from what i've read here that:

1) they are only being offered to institutional investors

2) the shares are restricted and can't be sold for some defined period
of time (not sure how long - on the order of a year or two ??) so
their current value to the buyers is zero - more like a LEAP if
they're transferrable.

only other possibility is that those who've already bought the units
are shorting the equivalent number of shares everytime JMAR starts to
rise

someone clue me in
