Tom, LOL! Thanks for letting me know about that I posted a dated article. It's in the current issue, Feb. 2012. Opening Shot, WITH BANKS, THINK SMALL. I can't post a link, but the article credits PBCT for its strong growth in deposits and loans, improved credit quality as well as its dividend and stock price lower than bv, and that it is the largest holding for the First Trust Community Bank ETF (QABA).
