the atpgp bears some investigating. My understaning is that there is a convertability feature on these shares but what happens to the convertabilty feature if the the companies if forced to file for bankruptcy and the common becomes worthless? FYI there is someone in the field who seems very sharp to me and he is short atpg. I m far from being an expert in this field but my sad experience as an investor tells me that these reserve values need to be viewed pretty skeptically. I have seen stocks crater time and time again when it turned out that production failed to attain levels anticipated by the " reserves".
