"the coming trading week can be exciting and informative in too many ways just on monetary / financial / economics, never mind the iran, syria, libya, ... issues"
To me it seems that no one is really paying any attention to matters that should.
More so in my view to date the so called Arab Spring brought about instability and very little improvement to the economic situation of the world at large, and the events in Syria proved how inhuman and despicable the leaders of certain world powers states are.
As to Libya it seems that no one really knows what is going on there, and Iran as usual plays with fire until they will indeed burn the barn without anyone noticing it beforehand, as the financial extortionists are too preoccupied with the PIIGS and their next victim to be bagged, and in another financial sphere with the fees to be collected from the "super" IPO of facebook.
Once “eye balls” on an internet site was the battle cry of companies valuation, wonder how much has changed since those days, in the infinite WS pursuit to take possession of the hard earned money of the populace at large entrusted in pension funds, 401K, annuities and other hoards of cash saved for rainy days, which I fear will be very rainy and with the bitter realization of the unexpected fact of not having "a place to hide" on rainy days, except under some cheap toilet paper with "eye balls" printed all over it. |
