Keep in mind an extended period of high volume would be a concern also. The market is based on the "greater fool" theory. You have to find a person more foolish than you to buy your stock from you at a a higher price to lock in your profits. When the last fool get in, the market has topped. It is like the JP Morgan story, where you sold all his stock the day where even the bell boys were talking about stocks and giving stock tips on the latest hot stock. The analogue in poker is if you can't spot the sucker sitting at the table you are the sucker.
