Some of you may recall a post I made in early January about the closing of shops at our favorite mall, well, at least the one at which we walk the most. It's growing worse, not better. No new store has opened and somewhere between ten and twenty stores have closed since the beginning of the year.

Then I saw this article in the NYTimes this morning. Turns out mall closings, which are already happening, may become much more common in the near future. Definitely not a good sign for digging our way of the GWB economic mess.
