Is Proformer something you've discussed on SI before or is it a "Trade Secret"? :-)
I'm wondering if you're combining conventional indicators, tweaking existing indicators, developing mathematical models, corellating sunspot activity with markets, or ??
I've been mucking around with Metastock for about a month now. I was thinking that we were in an oscilating market, rather than a trend, so I put a couple of simple indicators on the screen to watch. I seemed to be picking up the market direction pretty well for 6 or 7 days then, boom, it broke yesterday & today. So, was I off base or are we out of oscilating mode and into a trend?
If the NASDAQ had tracked the DOW better I might be thinking trend, but who knows?
Also, Blau's DTI isn't in the TA book I have, can you suggest a reference where I might find it?
