Chuca, if IPM had strong evidence of higher recovery numbers and did not report them, they would be guilty of withholding information that that was significant towards the value of this company. The board of directors could be sued. It is in my interest to see the value of the stock go up, but I think the best way to see this happen is to realize that the best numbers we have now are the ones that have been reported, and then to go from there. This is the reality of the present situation. The shorts did not create it; it is what Bateman found. Speaking of withholding significant information, I strongly feel that the shareholders have a right to see what BD found. After all the BD talk from IPM, I can't believe that they have left that out.
