I know what you're saying, I lost nearly that much years ago, and probably that much or more when the real estate market tanked. Just trying to build back up to a reasonable number.
I believe that T-DM1 is as sure of approval as any drug I've seen and while I don't know nearly as much about Perifosine, I'm impressed with what I do know. I'm also impressed with CLSN's Thermodox and ONTY's Stimuvax, though I have nothing going in ONTY as I have doubts about approval on the peek they could take at any time, and options or shares after the peek could be dramatically lower than today. As for CLSN, I bought some options after their last peek when it was recommended that they take another peek. If I'm right on that, I could put substantial shares in my account at just the price of the options if I margin them, or own them if I sell some, if not it was a small loss, the options were really cheap.
I've followed DISC for years and they too may have success this time, but I'm not jumping in there. Of course there are others, but there is only so much I can watch at one time.
