Ted,

The part that stuck out in my mind was the statement that Z's cost per line of code was high because "they did so much more". If the methodology and automated tools are as good as they claim, one would think that they could undercut the going rate by a wide margin.

Also, I still just don't get the "mobile code factory" concept.
