Why do you need protection from me? What do I do that would place you at risk?
Drunks and druggies place people at risk. When they are high, they are not in full control of their mental faculties. That leads to fatal accidents or sometimes fatal attacks. It also impairs productivity.
Again, this is nothing personal, Gersh. I'm sure you're a nice fellow, but the point is, we should all be allowed to purchase property and do with it as we see fit. In the same way that Blacks are allowed to form Blacks-only groups, I should be allowed to build a series of private subdivision with shops, stores, and schools for heterosexual, conservative White couples only, who want to rear their children in safe, drug-free, conservative environments. There is a large market for that, but I need the ability to selectively choose my clients based on my personal standards.
