Hi Sam,

Banks have lots of money and they are loaning to people who have lots of assets to collateralize the loans with - that is good banking.

Always was and always will be.

As for banks screwing up good lendiing standards I believe it was the bi product of Clinton's multi cultural community reinvestment act and the corrupt politicians who lowered Freddie macs loan standards and then went around fining banks for not embracing the lower standards by calling it redlining and fining.

As for prop operations - they need to get the heck out and don't move them - just shut them down.

I BELIEVE algo's,quants, hedge funds that trade on inside information all has led to the inefficiency of the market.

I'd like it to go back to individual investors all of which have the same straight shot at picking winners vs being sold out on naked short squeezes.

We've had entirely too much of just the big money in play and we need equal shots at picking stocks that go up based on honest supply and demand.

Great read Thanks.

Bob
