No news that I know of. Lots of uncertainty and so investors steer clear. The chart of this stock looks like crap too. I'm hoping that higher volume and a low stock price indicates some kind of capitulation... Things look bleak right now... they need cash very badly. They need a deal or some kind of stock deal... either floating new shares to the public or a private placement. Anything to keep them afloat. My guess is that a partnership is in the works. They need big bucks or a partner to do Phase III trials on memantine and I really don't think they can offer enough shares to fund that kind of study. If the Phase II data looks good maybe Freiman can pull it off... that should give NTII a huge boost. Let's hope so.... John
