I agree Emergency ... I do not understand the not wanting it published or spread around. I think if I got a threat I would direct it to the authorities immediately. I know another man on line whose name was posted on line and his family got hassled. That burns me up.

Also I know a case where someone else other than the name on a threatening email was sent out. Now AOL has their own department to handle a threat and will call in the authorities also the internet has links that can be traced back to the account which the email was sent from. There are ways to handle any kind of threat period.

People who threaten me I mere just forward them to the authorities and forget about it. Now if this is a stock tip they do not want put out till the proper time then I can understand the not wanting it posted.
