FREE making a nice two day move And, otherwise, the positive moves seem they're confined to shippers in Europe vs the U.S. That makes sense, at least in the oily tankers, as the shale oil finds in the U.S. are an ongoing source of reduced demand for oil coming on ships from far away. The local product is cheaper, too. The requirement for that to change is an uptick in economic activity that more than balances out the increased pace in the production of domestic crude.
