keep in mind , by the time you get your annual proxies for the meeting it usually is too late to add resolutions, and to address the question on who gets nominated to a diretor-ship/assuming there is an opening, I for one think about three directors should be sent packing. Normally the Chairman brings to the table selected nominees...So it is not too early to start a minorty shareholder committee of our own(I hate committes) to elect someone (BOB)that represents and owns more shares than some of those directors. I believe it is also time to limit compensation for directors to stock options and Meeting expenses till Zenith clearly shows turnaround in black ink..
